just changing the topic slightly, but I had a new gas bottle delivered a couple of weeks ago. The chap delivering it hat a lot of trouble undoing the nut. He tried everyway with no avail, even though I kept trying to tell him (in my broken turkish way) he was tightening it instead of loosening it. In the end , I took the spanner off him and loosened it myself. Where do they train these people?
