Title: Fethiye Council - Great

Turkey never fails to amaze - the local council sent trucks up to the snow line just beyond us to get snow to take to a school in Fethiye for the children to play with - absolutely fantastic, to see the unbridled excitement of the children.

Children enjoying such a simple thing.  UK kids are NOT allowed to throw snowballs, slide on ice or heaven forbid do what kids do best - have fun in the playground.

We saw this on fb yesterday. It's wonderful to watch the children just being allowed to enjoy themselves. The teachers seemed to enjoy it too   :)

Wonderful video. Loved the squeals of excitement from the children. Really lovely.

Brilliant thing to do for the children who obviously loved it. Health and safety certainly wouldn't have allowed that in UK.
