Hi there has been another attempted breakin in Archways (A Nicholles development) getting fedup with this.

Hi Brendan,
I hope this was not your and Ann's place.I understand that visitors to Peter's villa, left a door open and someone stole some cash. or has their been yet another attempt.

Hi Charlie yes it was our place again! they tried to force the bay window in the kitchen area. What really annoyes me is we got an email form NGI informing us of what happened. The said they had been around to checke the villa after Kim had reported the breakin to them. They said there was no damage and no one had got in. Which I find rather strange as Kim phoned us and said she waited in all day for NGI to turn up and saw no one and also that there was damage to the window and it would have to be replaced. Ngi also said they would tell the watchman to be more vigelent, and guess what, there no  watchman on the night after the breakin!
God help NGI when I get to Turkey in three weeks.

one has to wonder what we are paying for.it seems to me that NGI have maintained their margin but out sourced the services incl air transfers etc. this is a short term management fix which will backfire as I have already been contacted by their gardeners/pool guys to deal direct. sorry to hear you have been targeted again.
