Title: 12 months rental required

Hi all,

We are looking for an fully furnished 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or villa for a minimum of 12 months rental in the Calis or Fethiye areas.
My wife and I took early retirement and came out to Turkey were we have been living for the past year.
Genuine replies only please no salesmen / emlak's.
If you want  to rent your property to someone who will look after it as there own, then please give details of property, address and monthly rental required.

Fethiye and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful with so much to do and areas to explore.  As you are looking to rent, it maybe worth your while to holiday here and walk around your chosen area looking for rental properties. Good luck in your search.

we already live in Turkey near Alanya and thought we would be able to sort some viewings prior to coming up to Calis. Saving travel expenses   ;) but looks like we may have to come look around first.
