Hi all, new to forum, both the wife and I (Phil & Michelle) have been regular visitors to the Hisaronu Fethiye area for around 10 years now and we love the place, so much so that as we are coming close to retirement we are putting our feelers out and making enquiries about long term rents in the area.
 I figured that joining a forum like this with knowledgeable people on would be an ideal place to start and find out what the pitfalls are and where is the best place to start looking for rental properties, it wont be for the next 2 years but no time like the present to start gathering info.
