Hello people....I'm Ian....thinking of buying a property in a year or two in Fethiye area....so will be spending a lot of time browsing this forum for relevant info.

Welcome and please read the recenty threads about buying property, particularly the one about Nicholas Homes.
I would advise you to use a good honesty Estate Agent Like Cenk,  Interturk Estates in Calis.

Welcome Ian. We've never got round to buying property over there, just spent many very happy holidays in Calis
Lots of people on here have bought  properties and will, I am sure, be only too happy to give help and advice..

Hi Ian welcome to the forum everyone wants to follow their dream & we bought a villa 10 years ago & don't regret it but in the current situation I would seriously consider just renting for a while!!!

Just don't buy off plan. Buy something ready built and be sure you have the full Tapu and Iskan! Good luck!
