Norwegian Air launches £69 fare to New York from Edinburgh and Belfast (but you must book by Friday 24th February).

They fly to an airport 60miles from Manhatten, and it's used as a military airport too. £69 going out, £230 to come back.

Its been a good marketing ploy by them, especially when you consider the APD element of the fare is £75!

The times we've flown Norwegian Air its been a decent deal, cheaper then EasyJet or Ryanair - nice planes as well with a decent seat pitch.
