is anyone aware of any local instances where an owner has been fined for having guests in an unregistered property without the owner being there?

No problems Cenk - I was just trying to find out if there had been any fines imposed in Fethiye/Calis since that thread in Sept 2017 or has it all just "fallen off the radar".
