Hi, we are coming over in a few weeks to have a look around for a place to buy.  We have sold our place in the TRNC and looking to relocate back to Turkey.  We have a few viewings lined up with emlaks, but just putting the word out here too incase anyone knows of any private sales.  Max budget is £70,000, and we need 3 bedrooms, a villa, with a garden, not on a complex, and a pool isn't important.  In or around Calis.   Thanks in advance.  Sue. xx

I should imagine that there will be people throwing themselves at you with the exchange rate as it is especially if you are paying in sterling.

Hi, I have replied.  After doing lot's of homework and exploring different areas we have decided we don't want anywhere too far outside of Calis, we want to be walking distance to the Kordon, and the budget is stretched at £70,000.  Thanks xx
