Title: Exempt visa ????

Hi can anyone please advise me why ,when I am trying to fill in our visa application I am being told we are exempt from buying the visa...I really cant understand why because we are flying in on the 25th Aug and it is the exact same dates as last year so I know our 12 months is up ???

Normally this happens when someone chooses Turkey as the country, it should be UK.

thanks so much ... done it , I honestly don't remember selecting the uk before .. it must be last nights wine fuzzing my brain   ;)
