Take jumpers! We stayed a night in Hisaronu 2 years ago at the end of October and whilst days were warm it was very cold up there.

Take jumpers! We stayed a night in Hisaronu 2 years ago at the end of October and whilst days were warm it was very cold up there AT NIGHT. If you are there for the UK School Half Term week still quite a few bars and restaurants open but everything starting to close down.  Lots of bargains to be had from shopkeepers though...

Crabbit - where are you, isn't this your cue ?: :) ;)

october last year was a mixed bag - lots of rain and floods - resulting in a few power cuts as power cables had to be repaired etc.  But then we had lots of nice sunny days too and had some good days out on the beach.  But yes, take some woolies for the evening and be prepared to sit close to the BBQ for those evening meals ! (don't forget your socks if you have stone or ceramic floors ...).  Heavy tog duvet time in uzumlu :P

Owners of property in the area could also consider bringing a cardy and leaving it handily at their property, thus ending the requirement to ask for others to speculate on whether a cardy may, or may not be required, in the event of some evenings being "a bit chilly".

:D
