That's telling them! Of course it might be 35% on the other hand it might be 0% or it might rain, or hail,or snow, or perhaps the odd hurricane,or the sun might shine!

October 17th 2005: Open shirts and shorts (not open), due to intense sunshine and heat.

October 17th 2006:  Jumpers and coats (and occasional cardies) while trying to prevent tables and chairs being blown down the street, due to driving rain and extreme winds.

October 17th is my girl's birthday - hopefully this will explain WHY the original question is an impossible one to answer  :)

As you can see from previous posts, expect anything although We were out last year and arrived 20/10/06 We saw very little rain but did have some thunder storms at night,it was sunny most of the day, we were on the beach and by the pool(but did not venture in it :o). Our last day, which was 30/10/06, we had torrential rain/storms, which caused our plane to be delayed, and ended up leaving the following day. We tend to take a jumper or light jacket for evenings, although we had these last year we did not need them as it was still warm in the evenings but dropped to about 15c in middle of the night. We are lucky with having duvets over there to change for cooler nights so may want to consider extra blankets. It seems we were lucky as we arrived just after the bad weather/floods and left as it was starting again. May not be the same this year so better to be prepared.
