HELP NEEDED URGENTLY!

I booked a hol with www.otbeach.com to stsy at yasaroglu hotel. ovacik, travelling on my own.
I arrived at 6am this morning. a lovely clean relaxing hotel.

About 6pm the receptionist knocked at my door and advised me the hotel was fully booked and a taxi was coming to pick me up in 30 mins to take me to Destan Hotel in Hisaronu!
Like a fool i packed. I phoned the rep Mustafa who was a total waste of time. No apology and advised I would have to pay for my for my own taxi which was only 10 ytl.

I arrived to the most dirtiest dingiest hotel I have ever stayed in!
I immediately rtang Mustafa who advised there was nothing he could do and to call ,on the beach.com.
I have spent 8 pounds on 2 phone cards reting to get through and have been on hold all this time.
I am now sat in an internet cafe in Hisaronu, I have not unpacked.

Can anyone recommend a hotel I can book into for tonight until I can get in touch with on the beach tomorrow?

I am so upset, i,m sat here like a numpty crying!

Please can you get back to me asap? I am really desperate!

Hi - Would recommend the Yalcin Hotel in Hisaronu - behind the football pitch - not the one on the Ovacik Road.  It is a fabulous hotel and very friendly - ask for Eric or Robbie.  Regards Michelle

Forgot to say - if you ask at the Mirage Bar - on the Ovacik Road - it is owned by the same family that own the Yalcin.  Michelle

Hi Jenny, hope you have got sorted by now, If I had known earlier I would have arranged for you to be let in our villa, which is in Ovacik, and you could have stayed there for the night.

Hi all!
Just to let you know i am safely ensconced in the The Bozbey Hotel. Hisaronu.
After the Destan which was filthy,i booked myself into Nicholas Gardens at my own expense.
My son in England called OTB who xferred him to admin, and was kept on hold for 2hours and 40 mins!
i decided to go to the Thomas Cook office here, they were really helpful and organised for me to view the Marcan. On the way there with a Med Hotel rep, (Fran and her friend Irene, i decided on the Bozbey. i have spent 40 Lira on phone cards and 40 pounds on creit for my phone.
i am going to keep all my receipts and try to claim the monies back. OTB say they don,t think i have much chance as the hotel was booked through hotels4u.com.

Just want to say a A BiG THANK YOU for all your help. and am sorry I haven,t advised you earlier
