As an avid pike angler here in the UK, I can tell you there are no pike waters anywhere in Turkey to my knowledge. Not sure about carp... but there is an abundance of trout in rivers and lakes inland. Focusing on sea fishing locally seems your best bet :-)

There are Carp in Koycegiz lake (some bloody big ones)
