Kevin - there is a TEB branch near the Otogar - like all of the banks out of the town centre it is much easier to get a faster and a more personal service - if you live in the area as I do.
Why did we go to Alper when I was ready to go to TEB - because Alper replied within 24 hrs to 2 e-mails and TEB didn't reply to the first one and took over a week to respond to the second AFTER a phone call.
Maybe a small point but I like to have someone who shows they want my business
