Been offered some wild boar by a turkish bud of mine.Anything i need to be aware of and how best to cook it.Heard its good eating if slow cooked and is a bit gamier than normal porkies.

jimmy from aydin pide cooked us some in april  ,he seasoned it and cooked it in the pide oven overnight
it tasted fabulous

Don`t pay more than 7 Lira per Kilo.
cook it in the oven for 7 to 8 hours on a low heat.
Make a curry out of it, it`s bloody lovely

We got given a wid boar a few years ago ...casserole was the most sucessful as any other way was exstremely tough!

Gave Hubbie terrrible wind...so be warned!!!
