Yesterday,in the UK,a guy rang for an ambulance and told the operator he was having difficulty breathing.The operator said help was on the way and if possible could he unlock the front door,which he did.A paramedic arrived,saw the open door,phoned for police back-up and stood outside for 16 minutes writing out risk assesment forms.An ambulance crew arrived and they then went in.The guy had stopped breathing and eventually died.
