Help please. can anyone open a back account in turkey,with out a
tax number , with out owning a property,? can you get a tax number
and with out owning a property ? I have got a bank account in
turkey, i an inquiring for my brother, thank you

Yes anyone can open a bank account but you need a tax number,original utility bill no longer than 3 months old with uk address.You can get tax number without owning property you just need to take a copy of passport along with original to tax office along with your mother & fathers name.

In addition to what Kevin said . It can be a driving licence with UK address on, instead of utility bill.
