I was talking about in Turkey, I already have an account with the Garanti bank and was just wondering as i said whether the rates being quoted were net or Gross, thanks.

predicted to be going down again by 50 basic points again tonight,15th October..at 7pm Turkiye time.

The Central Bank DID lower the interst rate by 50 basic points as predicted.
