hi im just about to buy a apartment in ovacik and cant help but be a bit concerned about these burglarys i keep reading about on here, am i making the rigth decision to buy or am i buying into somthing i wish i hadnt ?

I think your definately making the right decision to buy here.  Burglaries happen every where and to be fair my husband did leave the door un locked whilst I was in  bed !!! It certainly hasnt made me want to leave though I am considering chucking Dave out lol. On a serious  note this forum is great simply by letting you know what is happening round and about. Mrs dempava ha.

thanks for that i think i need some reasurance i didnt realise there was any crime at all out there so wene i joined here it seemed like every other post on here was about burglarys, my worst thought is beign burglared wene im in the place, actualy i dont really care wene im not in it long as i dont wake up to somone peering over at me god what a horrible thought

Chris I would change the door locks when you move in even on new build as you do not know who has had keys,fit locks on windows & also fit an alarm system for some peace off mind.

its a re sale not new build but il get the maintenace company to fit alarm and window locks before i come out for my first holiday
