Thanks for all of your advise, have tried nearly all of them, unforunately still nothing happening

I know it will come when its ready but Im desperate to get back to normal, i.e. not having to sit down half way up the stairs, or having to be physically removed from the sofa, tried a hot bath the other day and most of the water got out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will keep you posted, once again thanks for the help $:-\$
