Insurance - have you Claimed and been Paid?

Hi - I have used the search function before I posted to look at previous posts  

Our insurance is due in February - I seem to remember someone saying that they didn't get paid out by a popular / well used business.

So I am trying to establish who has been paid out - without unnecessary delays and feels really satisfied with their insurance provider and if so - who is it? I seem to remember Stoop had a claim??
No need to "rubbish" anyone just interested in a straw poll!

As I think I said previously (it's my age) the price is irrelevant if you don't get paid out.

Yes we got paid out after much hard work and arguing. Unfortunately our management company were pretty useless and we had to sort it out ourselves in the end with the aid of our new management - Nikkie (sunnyd). Looks like we have another claim looming as we are flooded again in Koca. Hopefully this time it will be more straight forward.

Ak Sigorta paid out for flood damage.
Office is near Sultan Pastanesi in Fethiye.
Agent is called Nesihe.

baris insurance paid out to our flood damage in the house,no problems

I claimed for damage caused by water leaking from solar pipes 4 years ago and no problems. That was Commercial Union in Fethiye. Next to the cinema and up the stairs to 2nd floor.
