I didnt go through Echostar but I'm more than happy with the two Dreamboxes I've had for the past 7 months .....

dreambox works fine if it is installed with the right package and back up service, if you get the wrong guy it could be useless.

We have had Dream box for nearly 2 years and are very happy with it.
