It astounds me how the dolmus driver can pack all the passengers in,take the fares,give change,talk to his friends on the bus and have a chat with the man driving the car next to him whilst waiting at the traffic lights, all whilst driving the dolmus!
The friendly Turkish lady passenger sitting next to me also supplied me refreshments in the form of a handful of nuts.
