I think something was announced in English on the tannoy this morning in Ovacik but I did not hear what they were saying as it echoes so much. Anyone out there hear what was said.?

I think it was about bringing your dog to the Monday market area for rabies vaccination.

Yes, it said that if anyone who's first name was Gloria could get to the Belediye offices within 10 minutes with their passport as proof, they'd give them a prize of 1,000 TL.
