His wife's mother got laid by some rich git about 40 years back and she was 'with child' He offered her some 'scrub land' to keep her quiet and she accepted.
When she died her only child (my mates wife) got the land and 5 years ago sold part of it for £7m.
Tonight he tells me that they also sold an option to the rest of the land for £35k an next year it runs out. Last week is was valued at £25m!!
Now - he needs a new car as his Rover 75 is 8 year old. So he part cashes in a bond I sold him 8 years ago to buy a Fiesta 1.25.
