The golden rule - between the two IMG tags, it always will start http and end .jpg (or .gif) anything before http or after .jpg is surplus to requirements, just http to .jpg inside the two tags  :)

Lynn - you have a < at one end and /" at the other, both need to go, then put the IMG tabs at each end and you're there.
