From my first trip to Calis

Just a few photos of my first trip to Calis 14 years ago and I fell in love with the place and have been coming back ever since. I still love it now but back then it was so rural and natural looking, apart from the the  prom, which back then as a lot of you already know as some of you have been coming to Calis a lot longer than me and will remember it well. All the photos I took back then were on film and I haven't got around to scanning them and putting them on the computer. They are lovingly stuck in a photograph album. But I did scan these few.

This is one of Cem apartments, sadly Ergun who owned them is no longer with us. He was a good friend and will be greatly missed.

Exactly as I said it was very rural then, developement had only just started.

I know, I thought that when I took it. He looks like he is on a canvas
