I am sure many of you will have noticed the attractive round windows that can be seen usually on the top attic floors of buildings.  Normally they use an iron former to make the opening and then brick round the shape. However this morning I noticed an enterprising builder had found a different way........He had bricked round a couple of old lorry tyres!! 8)

We have some new build "Manzara" villas opposite - they have A LOT of circular windows in their properties (18 circular windows plus circle detail over the front door).
I've been watching the build all winter & every one was built round a tyre.
That's top notch Turkish building for you!

Is there a standard window size, such as a 165 13 (Cross Ply)??
