Find TEB by the Otogar very good and helpful the guy in there speaks English so we have never had a problem. Use internet banking to change currency, switch funds to different accounts and works well and not experienced any problems - our guy answers emails quickly and informs me on any changes - never used the TEB branch in the centre by the Mulberry Tree.

I know several tales of Fortis rudeness & their shouting is generally to cover their own incompetence - this I have learned from a number of different previous customers of mine. I cannot go into details I'm afraid but if you listen to one thing from dear old Scunner then let it be this - if you need to open an account in Fethiye I recommend...anyone other than Fortis. Fortis without Alper is like a cup of coffee without the...erm...coffee! Forget Fortis, my customers all wish they could.
