lol, I'd rather be paying £20 for air conditioning than £20 for my heating which is what I've had to resort to this weekend !! Yes ! I caved in !! the heating went on in my house...mid July. bustickets...I'm with you on this one

it hit 52 in Fethiye while we were there year before last ---- that got a bit sticky ! (but I'd still prefer it to rain !!)

Jim's exact words a few days ago, and you know I would never doubt him

"yesterday in Fethiye at 13:30 Hrs. was 58 Deg C. and temp in shade was 39 Deg C."

Talking about eggs I bought eggs at the Friday village market.
When I cracked them open some of them were like very lightly boiled eggs! Assume they must have been lying out in the sun!
