Well I've been up and running a few days now and love the Apple TV. Managed to get Flashsports working after a plug-in went 'missing' on the system (not just mine but world-wide). Picture quality on my HD TV is pretty good but not high quality. No freezing or lagging though as these are paid for streams and are less likely to get over run with users.

If you don't want to jailbreak then using Catch Up TV on your ipad or iphone will do - all you need to then do is watch it on your tv via 'airplay'. Works fine in the UK but you might need a VPN in Turkey.

Mine has turned up now and i'm really pleased with it the picture quality is ok but hoping to inprove it with flash sports but all in all will be well worth the money if it still works in Calis in April, i'll keep you updated.

Remember it's only a feed that you are watching so it will never be perfect. However if you check on-line with Flashsports you can get better feeds. Then you need to connect to the one you want through your ATV.

My son watched the Boro v Leeds game in Thailand at lunchtime. 4 minutes delay to what I was watching but he saw the whole game on iplayer live.

West Ham v Leeds on Setanta Sport Canada for anyone with Flash Sports Streams. Not 100% certain yet but sounds promising. 3pm ko.

How are you doing with your apple tv happy flyer? Have you subscribed to FSS? If so have you found the new way it works?
