Need more English channels
« on: May 07, 2012, 12:01:29 PM »
Only visiting our villa 4 times a year and don't have an internet connection. we currently have satellite tv but with loads of channels but only one in English which is the BBC world service. So can anybody recommend any way we can receive more English speaking channels without having to pay a monthly subscription. A neighbour some time ago said that I should get the local man to realign my dish to Nilesat but not sure if this is the answer.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Grr think my dish has dropped out of alignment most of my channels now coming up scrambled. I'm on one of those things from Nextstar tuned into a bulgarian sat?? i could get about 4 footie channels and all the main prem matches and euro ones too. Think i need my dish redoing to something different? Can you get the footie on the nilesat one??

If the dish was out of alignment you would get no signal they must have been scrambled

Think mine could be an alignment problem quite a lot of the channels show as no signal, a lot as scrambled and only a few to what i originally had actually work?
