Otobus from Fethiye to Marmaris 20tl each one way, with buses running half hourly on the hour & half hour. They will pick up at the top of Baris Manco, so no need to go the otogar. Once in Marmaris, there are dolmus to Turunc, though I don't know how frequently or how much, maybe their accommodation in Turunc can help on that score
