2 bike hire shops either side of the pork shop.
The second one (furthest away from the beach), ladies bike 10tl per day

As long as you stay around Fethiye and Calis it would be fine, but up in the Hisaronu area, it's very hilly and you would not want to ride a bike around there.  Hisaronu is about 20 minutes by dolmus from Fethiye.

It only takes 10 minutes to cycle from Hisaronu to Fethiye. Mind you, it takes 5 hours to cycle from Fethiye to Hisaronu  ;)

Extremely steep mountain road, coming down you need good brakes.  Going back on a bike you would need an oxygen mask..
Also, it gets colder than Fethiye or Calis up in the mountains in the evenings, so take a jumper with you for when you go out to eat.
If you are going from Fethiye to Calis you would need to hire a bike in Fethiye.
There is a very nice water taxi that runs from Fethiye to Calis for 5 lira one way, goes from the Marina and leaves on the hour and half hour, nice journey takes about 35 minutes.

Yes, I know there is a road, been along it lots of times. However, you are staying in Hisaronu  (about 20 minutes drive from Fethiye) and you want to hire a bike to ride between Fethiye & Calis.  So, unless you are hiring you bike in Hisaronu, you will have to hire it in Fethiye to ride to Calis along the prom road.  Fethiye is where the dolmus stops from Hisaronu, then you are a further 5 miles to Calis.  The best advise is, do not hire in Hisaronu as you will not manage to ride the bike back.  So, you could hire in Fethiye and ride to Calis, or you could get the water taxi from Fethiye to Calis and hire your bike there.
