Mini DVB -T USB Dongle query

MINI DVB-T USB DONGLE WATCH HIGH QUALITY DIGITAL TV & RADIO

Does anyone know if this widely advertised  in the UK  dongle  is any good ?  its £25  and `appears` to access numerous tv channels including UK  ones  anywhere in the world ??     does it really work ?  and all for only £25 ??

Mine is very good - only gets UK Freeview though.

Thanks Keith.. seems we might give it a go.. at the moment in Turkey we subscribe to `View UK TV abroad` for £6.50  per month  which is excellent value and  90% of the time good watchable quality, with i player , 4od, and itv player.. which are great getting  over the 2 hour difference in Turkey. Also we have a `sky package` out there where we share our neighbours 2 metre sky dish  for 450 lira a year ( strictly for the football channels )  so all in all we are ok in turkey tv wise.. but always looking to save money so this `dongle` could be a useful `add on`  :-)

I should confirm that I get UK Freeview on mine here in the UK. When I am in Turkey, I would not be able to get Freeview from the UK.

It was featured on a QVC  type channel... but best is to google it

There is one called ocean and is for sale on bid tv.for about 20 pounds...Our friends have just been brought one over but not sure how they are getting on with it yet.

Just make sure it doesn't mean that you can access worldwide TV FROM THE UK

I have not heard of one pf these working in multiple countries - I may be wrong though
