I have recommended Ozlen for ten years now and have met many solicitors over the years but still recommend her. With many sad stories of people trusting people in positions of trust, only to have that trust betrayed it is wholeheartedly that I trust Ozlen and her husband. She is quiet and efficient and gets things done.
When I needed to sort out a living permission or lack of one (a job that requires a number of payments that we'll just say are to people who don't give receipts) she quoted a figure and I paid her. She told me that was the maximum they thought it would be and if it turned out to be less they would return the difference. A few weeks later she contacted me to say I could have nearly half the money back.
She didn't need to do that, I could never have found out - and it is when people are holding you by the balls that you learn the most about them.
