Are you looking to be 8 on a gulet just yourselves or 8 as part of a larger party of strangers/friends you haven't met yet :D?

Summer breeze boat was reasonably priced when we went last year.
Captain Tom was a character and a half.
Nothing was too much trouble and food was ok.
Very laid back attitude which set us all at ease, even the ones that didn't want to go enjoyed it too

The 3 night cruise is probably too much for Tom - Poppies is looking for a larger gulet !

There are details at Fethiye.co.uk for private gulet cruise options. As you will see, they are not cheap but divided by the number of people in the party they can be quite reasonable. It's nothing to do with me, just an example from a Captain who was good enough to give the information to a friend of mine.

I booked a private Gulet last year for 12 of us and prices varied from 2,500 euros with food to 4000 euros with no food! One of them just wanted to cruise around Fethiye Bay for the 4 days/3 nights and we had to take our own food, cost 4000 euros.
In the end we went to a row of shops (opp where the pier comes in) and found one for 2,500 euros inc food, teas & coffees. All other drinks we had to pay for but again we got those down in price because we lived here and argued the inflated tourist prices.
We had a great time , nothing posh just good company lots of laughs and too much alcohol.
Point to remember is in August it's the height of the season so they don't really need to discount so shop around and check that everything you want is included.
Remember you'll probably end up sleeping on the deck as the cabins are like saunas in July & August.
We organised a mini bus to meet us at the Demre to return us all to Uzumlu.
Great trip and highly recommended... ;D
