What is the general price of call cards from the PTT? I got one about 2 weeks ago and was charged 5 tlr for 100 units, second time I bought one the price had gone up or at least I maybe imagined it had gone up and I was undercharged the first time around to 7.5 tlr? Do they go up and down in price, sorry if this topic has been covered before.  :)

Linda I would be interested to know, because when we were there 2 weeks ago, I bought mine from the small shops opposite the harbour car park and they were 9 or 10 ytl for 100 units or 4-5 ytl for the 50 units - are they cheaper from the post office?

My daughter buys them to ring home when she's in Turkey and she has always paid 5YTL for 50 units.

We used to buy them a lot before we got a Turkish sim. WE used to pay around 7ytl for 100, so based on inflation I'd say you were charged incorrectly the first time round as thery're more likely to be as csblue says- 9 or 10.
