there is a british company based in central london that i understand is about to offer insurance for any property in turkey. my undrstanding is that they are dealing direct with a company in &Istanbul. long weay to come for the assesor if you had a claim.

lets hope we dont have an earthquake in the not too distant future.lets hope if we do that the insurance company offering the insurance isnt swallowed during it.

most banks will sell you the earthquake insurance as well as car and house contents.

We now use Baris, he gave us more cover for a lesser cost than the bank we were using. We also use him for all other types of insurance, he is always "best value". No, we have connections.

But can he get insurance cover for houses built from wood. no-one up till now in turkey can get that. let alone earthquake insurance included as well
