It should take seconds as it does to anywhere in the world. BUT the other person might not pick it up for a while.

Yes, because its uphill the message can struggle to get to a good speed and if a goat stands on the cable it can cause further delays.:D:D

Ok, ok I know it was a daft question :-\ BUT I am really getting fed up about the fact that the builder that we're buying the house off never bloomin' replies and we end up having to phone   AAAAARGGGGHHHHH.
