Crikes - water bill

Hi - I haven't seen any mention of wells mentioned in Uzumlu.  This water is free rather than paying city rates. We are in Calis at the moment but are looking to move to Uzumlu - hadn't thought of this aspect, especially with a large pool and quite abit of grass, a well would provide free water but are there any free wells around Uzumlu?

You can have a well in your garden (Uzumlu) but it costs about 4000+ ytl to have drilled. They will come and divine the land to see if you have water below.

OHH !! UPDATE !!!!   Apparently there WAS a mistake in our bill.  What that mistake actually was we can't get to the bottom of, but miracle of miracles, our water bill has been more than halved......um, strange that.  The figure is now a far more realistic £280.  oh, and by the way, the garden looked fantastic last week - very green beautiful grass, huge vibrant Cannas, roses and jasmine running amuck.....worth every lire !

I don't have a pool, but do water the garden every day for a couple of hours during the summer, use the washing machine & dishwasher etc and last years bill for the whole year was 70 YTL.
