Hamilton,
To get back on subject yes we have ADSL in Uzumlu through TTnet which is Turktelecom.
First get your phone line which can take some weeks as they keep running out of phone numbers for Uzumlu

Then 2 days after you have your landline you can apply for ADSL.

Once you have your Phone Line and asked for ADSL and got it depending what you are going to do with your ADSL I would suggest going for the 49YTL per month as its unlimited and the connection is around 1meg when everything work's right, you may want to get your modem from the UK as they are cheaper and if you can get a WIFI modem just in case you have a laptop and want to use it anywhere in your house or out side.

Over the last few weeks the net is not very good going down then coming back on, so just give it a try at the moment TTNET have up to 4meg connection but that is expensive. Enjoy ADSL in UZUMLU.

Getting a phone line is the biggest problem - took us 2 months to get a phone number (that was over a month ago and still no actual phone line!!!)
Campaign at the moment for internet -
1st 3 months free OR,
1st 2 months free + free modem OR,
1st 1 month free + free wireless modem.
Can't apply until you've had your phone line physically installed (probably campaign finished by then LOL)
