Title: Turkish airline special assistance

Just booked Turkish Airlines flights, does anyone have experience of booking special assistance with them.
Having trouble understanding the process with them and if the automatically allocate your seats.
Help please.

I called customer services to book assistance, no problems at all.

Lissa, Just wish it was so easy with Jet 2 who you may recall their requirements from my previous posts.

I suppose they are just trying to weed out the people who request assistance but don't really need it. Makes life more difficult though for those that do.......
