Dear All,
I wonder if any of you could give me some advice please?
I already have a property in Calis which I am intending to sell. I already have a private buyer lined up.
I am also intending to buy another property - again this is a private purchase so as yet no agents are involved in either transaction.
I am really not sure how best to proceed - obviously I need to complete the sale before I proceed with the purchase but I'm an not quite sure exactly what I need to do & in what order. When I bought my house before it was through an agent and they handled everything for me.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
