Title: stormy last night?
Post by: littlereddevil on February 10, 2010, 10:19:28 AM
Was the weather really bad in Fethiye last night?
I have had an email telling me the apartment above mine is flooded,so hoping it hasn't run down into mine! Good chance it has ?
I am trying to locate a friend who has keys to check.

No, it was a relatively quiet night compared to some of the nights we've had recently.

last night wasn't stormy but the night before was and the one before that.

We have had torrents of rain over the past couple of weeks on and off so your place may have been affected...

Have just had a friend have a look and apparently I only have a small leak. But considering I am below a duplex there must have been some amount of water up above coming in through the roof.

Yes have to say Montrose is not my favourite place, but Brechin no better eh ! Actually walking along the beach in Montrose reminds me of Fethiye hahaNOT.
Anyway I have been told the apartment upstairs was flooded by a leak in the roof and the drains ? Don't know what that is supposed to mean.
Being Hanel I expect there is no chance of them honouring their guarantee and repairing it !

Terrific winds last night and today, tiles, debry etc flying everywhere , took twice as long to walk the dogs in the mountain, felt as though had run a marathon
