Its being reported in several media that Putin has agreed to drop his ban on Russian tourism to Turkey, most likely due to having made little reginald crawl in front of him while barking like a dog and begging for treats.
Looks like the X million tourists from the Ukraine haven't materialised and Turkey isn't as popular as they thought for prosperous middle eastern tourists!
