Title: Short Term Rentals Taxation and passport regulations 2018

Do any of you have someone looking after the Taxation and Passport reporting requirements for their rental properties ....they can recommend !

Probably most of the Property Management companies offer the service but we now have to consider how they are managing the new regs and what they charge for that, as well as the property management when deciding who to use..   I'd rather get the two sides done by different people so I'm not "locked in".
