I am saddened to have read (and be reporting) the death of Terry, who early members may well remember helped me set up CBF back in 2003. If you look at the CBF member list I am the first member and Terry was the second member. There was just the two of us for the first day or two while we tested it all out :)
Terry was a disabled law graduate and we actually ran a Disability related forum together for a while.
She was a whizz with websites and forums and we actually "met" on a discussion forum. Nothing to do with Turkey and at the time neither of us had any great interest in Turkey - amazingly we both ended up moving there some years later. Terry decided to leave me with it when they moved over full time to Guzelcamli and didn't feel she had much to offer in regard to Calis. She also set up her own Turkey website.
I learned loads from her, and she was always there to explain how to do something. Patient as a human could be, a rapier wit and tremendous sense of fun (which suited me of course!!).
Without Terry, CBF simply wouldn't have burst onto the internet on September 3rd 2003.
RIP Terry, one of a kind.

I was in contact with Terry many years ago and she helped me set my own website up. She was very witty, clever and a lovely woman. Nothing was too much trouble for her to help anyone. A special woman. RIP Terry.
