I have found the biggest supermarkets, migros ,carrefour and tandas much the same. Some have deals one week the others the next and carry a lot of stock, some staff speak English so you can usually find some help if needed. Make sure you get a store card as some shops display 2 prices and you need the card to get the cheaper price. For basic everyday food items and cleaning stuff Bim is the cheapest and good quality, you wont find any "english" brands and very little if any English wording on the packaging. Just make sure you know what your buying :) There are several Bim shops in Fethiye and Gunlukbasi.

It depends on where you're living and whether you've got your own transport.

Migros is the biggest. Tansas is part of the same group and is at the Calis end of town. Carrefour is in the centre of town but you can get free parking there.

Sok is part of the same group as Migros and Tansab but with smaller shops. ( The Turkish equivalent of Tesco Express)

There's also BiM and Genpa.

And Tespo is useful for bulk purchasing.

(BTW The Sok shop in Ovacik has shutdown for the winter and I think the BiM one will also be shutting)

If you look on the net,you will find that,Migros,Tansas,Carrefour, etc show there promotion campaign prices. There are also their subsideries,ie Sok,their price diferentials will give you the average differences found in the shops themselves.Genpa is also very good, but not found in Fethiye yet,You can pretty much plan your shopping at home and just do a round robin once a week. That is if you or the wife like to use the net this way.Good luck

Has anyone tried A-101 (?), just around the corner from the Otogar?
